I came into USC as a Cognitive Science major wanting to pursue UI/UX design. Yet I surrendered that and tried to fit the pre-med archetype—under the impression that this was one of the only acceptable ways to break that generational struggle.
I came into USC as a Cognitive Science major wanting to pursue UI/UX design. Yet I surrendered that and tried to fit the pre-med archetype—under the impression that this was one of the only acceptable ways to break that generational struggle.
After a winding path to switching to Computational Neuroscience, I have since reverted back to Cognitive Science and adding minors in AI Applications and Designing for Digital Experiences, learning that impact lies not in career path, but in passion and innovation.

I’ve explored different niches, and find myself continuing to gravitate back toward UI/UX design and product management, with interests in the intersection of medicine and AI/ML.
But I also find myself retracing back to a common thread: an urge to understand, create and lead. I can’t wait to translate my experiences and passions to impactful products, learning from peers who teach me more about what’s possible and breaking generational struggles for more than just myself.
